Responsibilities for the Production Lead :
- Review production orders and checking inventory for parts needed
- Scheduling technician for order production to meet deadline
- Organizing and tracking tasks to meet production goals
- Hands-on working side-by-side mechanical and electrical assembly
- Facilitating communication between production team and senior leadership
