We are partnering with a growing restaurant group to hire a Sr. Director of Operations. In this highly visible role you will spearhead the development and execution of the company's strategic plan and oversee restaurant operations. The ideal Sr. Director of Operations candidate will bring the following
- Bachelor's degree with extensive experience overseeing operations in the restaurant industry
- Must be an adept manager and team player
- Must have strong knowledge of both back of house and front of house
- Experience owning P&L and strong grasp of the business, financials
- Personable and assertive
- Experience with Korean cuisine is a plus
- Pay Details :
- 170,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
