What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at Adecco USA?
Adecco is currently hiring a Forklift Operator for a leading warehouse facility in Auburn, Maine. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours with potential for permanent placement. If you have at least one year of forklift experience and a current forklift certification, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate sit-down and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring products are securely and accurately placed.
- Organize and maintain stock in a neat and orderly fashion within the warehouse.
- Assist with general dock operations, including staging materials and preparing shipments.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform basic warehouse duties such as inventory tracking, order picking, and packing when necessary.
