Work for a longstanding locally-owned company.
Our client is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift.
Must have forklift license and recent work experience operating a forklift, or we cannot consider you for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records.
- Select items from storage locations based on order requirements and prepare them for shipment.
- Ensure that materials are handled and stored safely to prevent damage and report any discrepancies in inventory.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to fulfill material requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform basic maintenance on material handling equipment to ensure proper functioning.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Pay Details : $12.00 per hour
