Job Summary :
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Department Administrative Support professional to assist in the daily operations of our client's service department. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and proficiency in administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the initial point of contact, receiving and screening calls and visitors.
- Coordinate communication within the office, ensuring efficient workflow between staff, customers, and business partners.
- Enter timecards for technicians and reconcile payroll entries before the biweekly payroll cycle.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Create and maintain work order jackets for all cost centers.
- Scan and organize completed work orders for recordkeeping.
- Arrange hotel and flight accommodations as needed.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
