HR Manager

Schedule: Hybrid (Mon/Fri Work from Home, Tues/Wed/Thurs On-Site)
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and benefits.

• Facilitate new hire orientation and manage onboarding processes.

• Process payroll, verify I-9 documents, and maintain employee records.

• Support wellness events, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects.

• Oversee data updates in HR systems and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of HR experience, or Associate’s degree with 3 years of HR experience.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
