Adelaida Vineyards & Winery Internship
We are a family-owned winery and farm 140 acres of wine grapes in Paso Robles. Our vineyards span up to 2000 feet in elevation, featuring mainly Bordeaux, Rhone, and Zinfandel varietals farmed organically.
We own the legendary HMR Vineyard, planted in 1964, with the oldest producing Pinot Noir vines on the Central Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Grape processing
- Lab analysis
- Punchdowns
- Pumpovers
- Must sampling
- Barrel downs
- Tasting
- Cleaning
This hands-on opportunity covers various winemaking tasks. The position typically runs from late July or early August to November.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Meticulous approach during long days
- Positive attitude
- English literacy
- Forklift experience (a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs
