Are you a marketing whiz with a passion for healthy smiles? Then we want you! Our goal is to help our patients smile. Our thriving four location pediatric dental practice is seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Strategist to join our team and help us spread the word about our exceptional care. We wow our patients and positively affect their life forever but we need your help. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, and local outreach. Visit referral sources and be a brand ambassador. Plan for, and occasionally attend, local fairs, school shows and other outreach events.
- Collaborate with our team to create compelling content that highlights our services, how fun and amazing our offices are, patient testimonials and reviews, and special offers. Help plan some team engagement fun and gifts for employees.
- Analyze marketing data provided by external firms and our software to track performance and measure ROI based upon key data points.
- Manage the practice's online presence by interfacing with the existing website hosting company, and increased social media engagement. Create content and post on behalf of the office.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest dental marketing trends and social media to ensure our practice remains relevant, fun and ahead of the curve.
- Think outside the box and come up with creative ways to attract new patients and build lasting relationships with existing ones while promoting our other services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Typically 4 days per week with a flexible schedule.
- Must have a car to travel between locations and local area referral sources all in Long Island within a 20ish mile radius or less.
- Weekend days and early evenings as needed but very rare.
