Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating rollout activities across various brand marketing initiatives, establishing timelines, guidelines, and procedures to monitor and promote affiliate usage and participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement among our target audience.
- Design Visually Compelling Materials: Develop high-quality visual content, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, video content, and website content, that aligns with our brand identity.
- Manage Multiple Marketing Projects: Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, design, and project management.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects), and experience with video production is strongly preferred.
