  • Clinical Shift Schedule : M-F; 6a-2p
  • On-Call Shift Schedule : 5% on weekdays ,75% weekends ER Call primarily
  • Call Type : Beeper
  • Callback Rate : 5% on weekdays, 75% weekends (ER Call primarily)

  • Patient Demographics : Adults
  • Patient Volume / Census : 10 per day, 4 Surgeries
  • Admissions : 5, 5 ICU

    • Facility Information

  • EMR System : Epic
  • Physicians In Practice : 4
  • Support Staff Available : 7 Mid Levels
  • Reason for Coverage : Supplemental Coverage

    • Privileges & Compliance

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes

  • Licenses : Active SC license

  • First assist surgeon on all open heart cases
