">Job Summary
">We are seeking a talented Thoracic Surgeon to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at MUSC Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
">- Provide all aspects of general adult cardiac surgery, including coronary artery bypass, aortic and mitral valve repair/replacement, and aortic surgery.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for our patients.
- Participate in educational programs to advance the field of cardiothoracic surgery.
Responsibilities
">- Split time between Greenwood, SC and our affiliated cardiac surgery programs around South Carolina.
- Hybrid practice model with three physicians, combining office and hospital-based care.
- Support team of two Physician Assistants, dedicated heart OR team, onsite lab, and weekly Tumor Board meetings.
