Adelphi is seeking Board Certified Medical Dosimetrists to provide services at a facility in Long Beach, California. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and verifying radiation treatment plans for patients within the Radiation Oncology Department, among other responsibilities.

Requirements :
Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) from the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB)
Minimum 2 years continuous work experience within the last 3 years, and 1 year of experience in an ACR / APEx-certified facility
Minimum 2 years of experience performing QA procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience with Varian TrueBeam, Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Eclipse Treatment Planning System, ARIA Record & Verify System, MapCheck and ArcCheck (or equivalent), GE Discovery CT Simulator (or equivalent).
Responsibilities :
Design and optimize radiation treatment plans using Eclipse Treatment Planning System.
Perform QA on treatment plans to ensure accurate dose calculations.
Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and Medical Physicists.
Ensure compliance with APEx accreditation standards.
