JOB SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for recruiting and admitting first-year, transfers, international, and graduate students into the University

SALARY INFORMATION :
In compliance with New Yorks Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $57,400 - $62,400. Adelphi University considers factors such as departmental budgets, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. An annual base salary higher than the range may be warranted in circumstances where a candidate has demonstrable equivalent prior higher education experience at another University.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
- Serve as key point of contact and guide students through the application and admission process and provide information on program / admission requirements
- Evaluate completed applications for decision and corresponding credit evaluations
- Represent Adelphi University at high school and college visits, internal and external admissions events, presentations, and college fairs locally and nationally.
- Build relationships with school counselors, administrators and other external constituents.
- Act as liaison with various campus partners and departments of assigned signature and special programs.
- Deliver information sessions and student-centered workshops to various audiences in person and virtually.
- Collaborate with campus partners (one-stop shop student services center, advising, and academic departments) to provide exceptional service to prospective and incoming students throughout the enrollment process.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
