Join Our Seasonal Winemaking Team
We are seeking several full-time seasonal winemaking interns to join our cellar production staff at Adelsheim Vineyard, one of the founding wineries in the Willamette Valley and the first winery in the Chehalem Mountains.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a genuine interest in learning about wine to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of winemaking. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the harvest process, including vineyard sampling, crush equipment operation, and barrel work.
- Vineyard sampling
- Running crush equipment and sorting fruit
- Forklift operation (in-house certification and training provided)
- Barrel work
- Cap management
- Press operations
- Juice/wine transfers
- Additions and inoculations
- Equipment sanitization/cleaning
Key Responsibilities
You will be:
- Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to accurately complete work instructions individually or in a team
- Attentive to detail and committed to quality
- Able to lift 50 pounds
What We Offer
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- $21/hr depending on experience with plenty of opportunity for overtime, paid at 1.5x base pay rate

Adelsheim Vineyard was founded fifty years ago and is one of the Willamette Valley's most historic wineries. We produce around 35,000 cases of wine annually, focusing on ultra-premium Pinot noir and Chardonnay, as well as artisanal small batch wines.
