About Us
Aden Companies is a fast-growing group of businesses in logistics, aggregates, materials, and e-commerce. We are looking for a Content Creator & Brand Engagement Specialist who can capture our brand through photography, video production, and on-the-ground event coverage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for visual storytelling, and enjoys engaging with people at trade shows and industry events.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content, attending trade shows and industry events to represent the brand, and ensuring Aden Companies’ marketing efforts are visually compelling and aligned with our business objectives. You will work closely with the CMO and marketing team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Photography & Video Production
- Edit and produce short-form video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all content.
- Organize and manage a library of digital assets for marketing use.
2. Event & Trade Show Coverage
- Attend trade shows, community and customer events to capture content and represent Aden Companies.
- Conduct on-site interviews, customer testimonials, and event recaps to showcase brand engagement.
- Create real-time social media content from events, including live videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and key takeaways.
3. Content Development & Brand Engagement
- Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to develop content that aligns with business goals.
- Support email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and website updates with original visual content.
- Work closely with sales teams to create promotional materials that support lead generation and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with experience in photo and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) or similar tools.
- Comfortable attending trade shows, events, and customer sites to capture brand content.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
- Experience managing social media content creation is a plus.
- Background in logistics, construction, aggregates, or e-commerce is a plus but not required.
