adeor medical USA Inc. is a 100% subsidiary of adeor medical AG. adeor is a medical technology company with its headquarters located near Munich, Germany. Our company can look back on a history of more than 30 years and has focused on the field of neurosurgery. We manufacture devices, implants and consumables for use on the brain and spine.
To support the growth of our US subsidiary in Crown Point, Indiana, we are seeking a:
Finance Manager / Bookkeeper (part-time, 6 to 12 hours per week)
Your varied range of tasks includes:
- QuickBooks journal entries
- Manage financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management
- Act as the primary liaison between adeor USA, US CPA and Finance Team at adeor HQ
- Budgeting & Forecasting using QuickBooks Online
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Other finance related duties as assigned to support business operations
To successfully complete these tasks, you should have the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Relevant formal qualification such as Bachelor of Finance or Accounting, Associate degree (Accounting), CB or ABA
- 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Comfortable working independently as well as interacting with others via email, MS Teams and in person
