Network Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.

This position is a technical position requiring the skills and experience to maintain, administer, and drive changes to business-critical systems and processes while maintaining operational support excellence.

Responsibilities:

•        Provide day-to-day operational support for our IT infrastructure, Help Desk, and business applications providing timely resolution of all requests.

•        Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to maintain and upgrade infrastructure capabilities and capacity to support business requirements.

•        Manage projects with clear and concise communication.

•        Function as a Key contributor in the planning and implementation of changes to the IT infrastructure.

•        Provide continuous analysis of the current environment and monitor technological trends.

•        Configure, audit, and maintain security settings, access permissions, and all other required settings across a multi-platform environment.

•        Configure, install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and mobile computing devices.

•        Coordinate and manage external partners for procurement, project management, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)

•        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

•        Minimum 4-7 years as a Network Administrator or similar role

•        Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

•        Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

•        Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

•        Self-motivated with a strong customer service focus

•        Ability to work independently with limited guidance

•        Strong conceptional knowledge of IT Controls and compliance framework

•        Valid driver’s license and passport

•        Travel required (10-20%)
