POSITION SUMMARY

Join the future of software development as a Customer Support Manager in our quickly growing company. You should have experience in supporting customers on Software Issues. You must be able to become a developer utilizing the Adeptia Connect Platform.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a world-class support organization for our customers and partners
  • Coordinate support efforts between our development, infrastructure and delivery teams
  • Develop a process to manage and triage Support Tickets
  • Gather Information from customers and developers for submitted tickets.
  • Provide daily support to customers and developers including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions.
  • Effectively manage remote team members to meet business goals.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multiple years of experience in software development projects.
  • Quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
  • Bachelor’s degree or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Decision Information Science, Business, or related program, or equivalent work experience in application development
  • OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Previous leadership role in an IT-focused consulting services company
  • Skills in one or more computer programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP etc.)
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
