POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a world-class support organization for our customers and partners
- Coordinate support efforts between our development, infrastructure and delivery teams
- Develop a process to manage and triage Support Tickets
- Gather Information from customers and developers for submitted tickets.
- Provide daily support to customers and developers including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions.
- Effectively manage remote team members to meet business goals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required.
