A client (Fintech company) in NYC is seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Manager.
As an Application Technical Support Engineer / manager, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Also, run the Jira ticket system.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Expected to be an SME in Java application development area
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Run the JIRA ticket system
- Implement system enhancements.
