About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team in installing or repairing telecommunication services at customer premises. Your primary responsibilities will include installing or repairing telephone, internet, and video services, installing, replacing, rearranging fiber jumpers and outside/inside wiring, making various attachments to poles and buildings, mounting ONTs, power supplies, and battery backups, and installing internet hubs, routers, set-top boxes, and configuring computers.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in telephone service, CATV installations, knowledge of coax cable sizes and types, experience with test sets, routers, and home networking. Additionally, you should possess a technical understanding of loss, attenuation, and tiling, as well as working skills within attics and crawl spaces. Proficiency in computer skills is also required.
