About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support our social presence & influencer partnerships. You’ll coordinate social media content, influencer collaborations, and support on brand partnerships to grow awareness and engagement.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage content calendar, schedule posts, coordinate influencer campaigns, engage with our online community, and track performance. You’ll also work closely with a content creation agency to ensure Truly Indian’s brand story is represented effectively across all digital channels and be responsible for some content creation as well.
✅ Own & execute the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and
other channels as we grow.
✅ Schedule & post content in alignment with marketing campaigns
✅ Engage with the community (reply to comments, DMs, and tagged content to build brand loyalty)
✅ Monitor trends & hashtags to improve reach and engagement
✅ Work with a content creation agency to ensure high-quality brand visuals
✅ Basic graphic design skills to create and edit quick-turn content using Canva or similar tools
✅ Identify & vet influencers (food bloggers, lifestyle creators, chefs) aligned with our brand
✅ Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and gifting programs
✅ Track influencer performance (engagement, reach, and conversion)
✅ Explore brand collaborations with like-minded food & culture brands
✅ Track key social media metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach)
✅ Analyze influencer campaign performance and optimize future collaborations
✅ Provide monthly social media & influencer reports to the team
✅Other tasks as assigned.

Bonus Points if You Have:
- Food photography & styling experience – You know how to make dishes look irresistible on camera
- Recipe development experience – You love experimenting in the kitchen and creating delicious content that makes people hungry
- Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Experience in Social Media
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and influencer platforms
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Comfortable with analytics & reporting
- CPG/Food/Beverage industry experience is a plus, but not required
