Role Purpose
- To develop and deliver a range of training, onsite, offsite, and virtually to staff, stakeholders and external professionals related to substance use, mental health and person-centered care.
- To develop systems and proformas to ensure that all relevant training and skill development data is collected and recorded efficiently in line with organisational procedures and standards.
- Ensure that any accredited courses delivered are conducted within the quality framework of Agored Cymru or other relevant bodies.
- Be responsible for the administration and organisation of all courses delivered and ensure that evaluation is completed on all sessions delivered.
- To carry out all activities in accordance with Adferiad’s Equal Opportunities Policy.
- To support individuals with a variety of learning needs to achieve their learning potential.
- Travel and overnight stays may be part of this role.
