Flatbed Logistics Broker

YOU MUST HAVE FLATBED EXPERIENCE

ADICA Logistics in Taylor is looking for an experienced, professional person as a Flatbed Transportation Brokerage Coordinator.

We are continually developing new customers and we need an experienced Freight Brokerage Professional that has the relationships and the confidence to match carriers to our rising freight demands.

The right candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and the confidence to manage and match supply (carriers) to our shipping demands (customers). A "Self - Starter personality"

The majority of our valued customer base comes to us for transportation support is primarily looking for Flatbed/ Specialized equipment support; so the right candidate should either have experience or must be willing to learn our methods and Flatbed/Specialized shipping criteria to be successful. It is also critical that the candidate works well and supports the other departments, Asset Dispatch, Accounts Receivable and Payable Department's.

ADICA Logistics offers all the tools to be successful in this capacity:

· McLeod Powerbroker TMS integrated to DAT and Trckstop.com and Macro point as well as other regional Load Board applications.

· ADICA has an established process and supporting forms in support of our active and current Brokerage and Logistics department. We are already established with many carriers and our reputation as a Logistics group is very favorable.

Responsibilities and Duties

The right Candidate will be responsible for developing New and Current Customer Leads through:

· Interfacing with Carriers and developing a trusted relationship

· Interfacing with Customer Contact and developing a strong relationship

· Working with Internal ADICA departments to ensure accuracy and efficient functions

· Learning and using the McLeod Systems and features for all load related needs

This is Full Time Job with a great benefits package.

This is an in-office position, shift to be determined and subject moderate changes as deemed necessary.

This position is goal oriented and the candidate will have monthly sales goals to achieve or exceed.

Qualifications and Skills

The right candidate will possess:

· Transportation Flatbed Brokerage Experience

· Transportation Operations Experience

· Processional and courteous interpersonal skills

· Multi Tasker

· Goal Oriented personality

· Confident on the Phone, cold calling is a required function

· Good to Strong Computer skills and some experience with Transportation Management Systems

· Must work well in a team environment
