Sales Associate and Key Holders : Y-3 Aventura Mall

adidas Y-3 is looking for energetic fashion forward individuals to work at our Aventura Mall location.

Currently we are seeking SALES ASSOCIATES and Full Time KEY HOLDERS.

The objective of the SALES ASSOCIATE is to meet or exceed the sales and goals of the store by maximizing personal sales consistently. Provide optimum level of customer service by fulfilling customer's requirements and needs.

The KEY HOLDER works with the management team to help achieve store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation policies and procedures. The Key Holder is responsible for continuously improving and developing management skills, taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager and acting as a role model to the rest of the key holders and sales team.

$15 - $16 hour commission. Generous Employee Discount.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maximize personal sales at all opportunities through excellent customer service

* Provide a friendly and welcoming environment

* Communicate product and customer feedback to manager

* Handle multiple customers at fitting rooms by following all policies and procedures

* Follow through the customer experience via email, maintaining client book, etc…

* Clean, vacuum, fold, size, steam, replenish as assigned

* Actively participate in all merchandising activities including: daily stock maintenance, stock receiving and processing, product transfers, and such

* Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines

*Key Holders, in addition to above, ensure the shop opens/closes on time and all procedures are followed when doing so.
