Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 1st shift operations team at Adient. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving productivity improvements.
Main Duties:
- Manage production team members, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
- Supervise production operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Review production orders, developing operational schedules to meet production targets.
- Inspect equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing resource utilization.
- Counsel and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience in an automotive environment is preferred.
- Able to work on 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:30pm).
