Job Responsibilities
The Production Superintendent will oversee all aspects of the department, including safety, administration, planning, scheduling, production, shipping, quality, product development, environmental compliance, and personnel management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving departmental targets, holding supervisors accountable, and ensuring hourly employees receive feedback on their performance. They will also develop supervisors to their maximum potential through training and personal interaction.
