4.0 Process
- Complete assembly of automotive seating units
- Develop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various work stations
- Control processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
- Maintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standards
- Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flow
- Monitor production material quantities and report shortages
- Ability to lift and/or carry 35 lbs. repeatedly
- Complete, assembly of quality seating units
- Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build process
- Use of hand-held pneumatic tools
- Operation of assembly fixtures
- Housekeeping in and around work areas
- Problem solving of work place issues
- Quality inspections of work in progress
- Work as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)
- Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comply with company rules, policies, and practices
- Understand Statistical Process Control and maintain charting as required
- Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear
