Role: Salesforce Development Support ( Must Have previous State client experience)
Location: Montpelier VT 05620
Duration: 12 months
Tasks that the chosen bidder should expect to complete include:
- Salesforce application development:
- Note that the State of Vermont has automated Salesforce code scans where all code changes must pass these scans to proceed in the State's automated deployment pipeline (using the Copado DevOps Platform Software development unit and system integration testing)
- Updating standard State of Vermont Salesforce Application documentation as needed (e.g., application design document, data dictionary, configuration workbook, and Delegate Admin User Guide),
- Provide demos and training to the Agile SEBT execution team and DCF customers,
- Provide weekly status report on assigned tasks and duties,
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case generation,
- Support the generation of automated regression tests, and
- Support the environmental back-promotion process resulting from changes in other applications in the State's Salesforce environment.
For this request, the chosen bidder will adhere to the following:
1. Use of the State's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool (Azure DevOps) to track all work under the SOW, and
2. Contractor agrees to the non-functional requirements (NFRs - see below) as related to application, security, and other general NFRs unless inapplicable to the solution or waived by ADS in writing.
For this request, Non-Functional requirements include:
Non-Functional Requirement
- Deliverables shall align with existing platform documentation including any standardized formats and content, configuration workbook, release notes, deployment checklists, governance process inputs.
- Development resource must have significant previous experience in implementing Salesforce applications with preference given for prior experience working with state governments.
- All products and service provided to or for the use of the State under this Contract shall be in compliance with State of Vermont Cybersecurity Standard 23-01, which is available on websites.
