Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce projects: planning, execution, risk mitigation.
- Provide application support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug fixes.
- Oversee Salesforce releases using Copado.
- Create and maintain project/release documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
Job Requirements:
- 7 years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud).
- Proficient in LWC, Apex, configuration.
- Project management experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce integrations.
- ITIL knowledge a plus.
