Education and Qualifications:
- Required: Business School education or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Notary Public License

Job Summary:
As an Executive Support Assistant, you will provide daily administrative support to the executive staff. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, supervising support staff, and handling customer relations. Strong computer and research skills, flexibility, and interpersonal skills are key for success in this role.
Essential Functions:
- Provide daily support for executive staff.
- Facilitate workflow and ensure the accurate completion of projects using computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database management, presentations).
- Compose, produce, and facilitate the timely distribution of correspondences.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and review mail.
- Monitor budgets and respond as needed.
- Coordinate various events/activities, including dinners, retreats, and meetings.
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining executive office systems and services.
- Participate in team meetings and share responsibilities as needed.
- Assist with managerial-based reporting, scheduling, and patient-related issues as directed by VP of Operations and PHMG Directors.
- Support the CareConnect access and reporting for executive dashboards for CNO reporting.
Working Conditions:
This position will require regular office-based work with occasional coordination of events and travel arrangements. A flexible, adaptive approach will be needed to manage a dynamic workload.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
