Job Responsibilities:
In this position, you will provide exceptional support to dental professionals and ensure the accurate and efficient preparation of orders. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service Duties:
1. Respond to inbound calls and emails from dental professionals, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and technical specifications.
2. Assist customers with selecting appropriate products, providing guidance on dental implant solutions, and answering technical questions.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex problems as necessary.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Logistics Duties:
1. Prepare and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling.
2. Coordinate shipments with carriers and track deliveries to ensure timely and correct arrivals.
3. Perform inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
4. Maintain and update shipping records, invoices, and related documentation.
5. Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
o Experience in customer service and/or logistics (healthcare or dental industry setting a plus).
Technical and Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
o Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics/customer relationship management software.
Personal Qualities:
