- Process and return damaged or defective products to the Fulfillment Center.

- Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed.
Key Requirements
- 1 year of experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro.
- Basic math and computer skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
