We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry and Housekeeping Manager to lead our environmental services team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily operations of laundry and housekeeping departments
Hire, train, and schedule departmental staff
Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and regulatory standards
Perform routine inspections to uphold facility cleanliness and quality
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning and linen supplies
Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with nursing and maintenance to meet facility needs
Prepare and maintain department budgets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping/laundry, healthcare preferred
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
