We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry and Housekeeping Manager to lead our environmental services team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities Include
- Oversee daily operations of laundry and housekeeping departments
- Hire, train, and schedule departmental staff
- Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and regulatory standards
- Perform routine inspections to uphold facility cleanliness and quality
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning and linen supplies
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with nursing and maintenance to meet facility needs
- Prepare and maintain department budgets
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping/laundry, healthcare preferred
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
