Role Overview
Position Title : Associate Director - Investment Sales
Compensation : Commission based
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist senior brokers with deal sourcing, pipeline management, and transaction execution.
Conduct market research and analyze property trends throughout the Northeast and other gateway markets.
Prepare marketing materials and investment summaries for prospective clients.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with domestic and international investors.
Support client pitches and presentations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on business, real estate, finance, or related fields.
1-2 years experience preferred or a demonstrated strong interest in commercial real estate, sales or client services.
New York State Real Estate License (Salesperson or Associate Broker)
Skills and Qualifications
Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of the New York and Tri-State real estate market is a plus.
