Position Summary:
The Grants Project Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and oversight of all state and federal grant funding received by Adirondack Health. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with grant requirements, overseeing financial and programmatic reporting, tracking budget drawdowns, and maintaining accurate documentation to support grant administration.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in English, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or business.
- Two to four years experience in grant writing, including administration and accounting/reporting, or communications, fundraising or marketing for a not-for-profit community or health care organization, or equivalent education and experience, preferred.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, auditing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated competency in computer applications including all Microsoft Office products.
- Strong understanding of grant regulations, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and state-specific funding requirements.
