What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Systems Coordinator position at Adirondack Health?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate and implement an ongoing Quality Management Program for Adirondack Medical Center Laboratory network. Coordinates training, competency assessment and maintains regulatory compliance in a state of survey readiness at all times.
Educational Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related science field. Minimum of six years experience in laboratory environment. Minimum of three years of Quality Management experience highly preferred. NYS Licensure as MT preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office knowledge highly preferred.
