Description
Under the responsibility of the Learning and Development Manager, the Learning and Development Coordinator is an integral member Schluter Systems Learning and Development team. They are primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedules training events
- Registers attendees for training events
- Maintains the Schluter events training calendar with the latest information
- Ensures attendee meal and accommodation requirements are met
- Performs attendee callbacks and follow ups
- Assists employees with special requests
- Prints and distributes training documents
- Sends follow-up correspondence to training attendees (completion certifications, etc.)
- Completes special projects as directed by management
- Offers on-site support for living training events
- Administer annual compliance training on LMS
- Curate e-learning lists based on criteria provided by SME’s or manager
- Create and promote marketing materials for internal use of LMS
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
· Strong administrative skills
· Proficient using Windows and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Capable of taking ownership and adept at problem solving
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and unsupervised
· Be able to represent Schluter Systems I n a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner
· Possess a valid passport as this position requires occasional travel to Canada
· Able to travel within the United States for on-site training coordinating
· Comfortable with public speaking
