Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monthly billing/invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties
- Once monthly (first week of the month) enter all billing and create invoices and account statements in Quickbooks
- Send monthly invoices and account statements to customers via email and regular mail
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks,
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of invoicing and producing account statements in Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
