Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Consultant or strategy manager to join our organization on a contract basis. This role will support teams focused on system enhancements, quality improvement, and reporting within a supply chain environment. The Business Analyst will play a key role in refining and standardizing processes, developing templates for clear communication and presentations, and implementing tools to improve reporting efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and data analysis skills, including experience in Power BI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Documentation & Process Improvement :
Review, refine, and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity, structure, and accessibility.
Design and implement communication templates for various business functions, including project updates, client communications, and internal newsletters.
Work closely with the branding team to ensure all templates, presentations, and documents reflect the company's brand identity.
Manage purchase order processes, tracking approvals, and maintaining records of supplier interactions.
Oversee and support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment.
Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business improvement and project evaluation.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $90.00-$95.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
