Business Analyst III

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in driving the successful execution of key workstreams within the program. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for managing initiative tracking, facilitating meetings, and preparing communications to support the program’s success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in the development of business cases and initiative planning.
• Manage and track initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Drive key meetings by preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and maintaining action trackers.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new solutions.
• Develop and distribute initiative communications, including internal updates and sponsor briefings.
• Promote Next 75 mindsets and behaviors while supporting capability-building efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
• Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge ideas constructively.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings effectively.
