Summary :
The role supports overall project efficiency through proactive coordination, financial accuracy, and database integrity.
Assist the Real Estate Project Managers with tasks including :
- Document Processing & Administration : Manage real estate agreements, amendments, termination memos, ownership changes, and site access issues.
- Payment & Tax Resolution : Research and address rent payments or tax-related issues tied to agreements.
- Database Management : Set up new projects, monitor database functionality, and resolve issues.
- Forecast Management : Monitor and ensure the integrity of project completion forecast dates, following up on team deliverables.
- Program Reporting : Create, maintain, and update customized reports and dashboards within the company database.
