SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals.
- Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things
- Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook
- A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree will be considered if they have demonstrated supervisory experience
