Payrate : $70.00 - $72.00 / Hour
Summary :
Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing programs, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs. HS Diploma or GED is required. 7 years of experience.
At least 10 years of professional level experience, at least 5 years' experience in a program management role with demonstrated success in leading large-scale programs / projects with proven results and effective leadership and management skills.

- Demonstrated success in leading through influence.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate information to build and implement solutions to organizational problems.
- Results-driven leadership and management skills.

- Strong business, analytical and planning skills
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma training / knowledge a plus.
Requirements :
Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $70.00 - $72.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
