Job Responsibilities :
- Perform Order Entry tasks (both Manual and Excel Upload).
- Maintain account requests via a shared Outlook inbox.
- Validate sales history and other critical details using our ERP system.
- Communicate with customers regarding Return Authorization (RA) status and address inquiries and changes.
