Scrum Master

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $56.00/hr.

Summary

This position is responsible for the management and delivery of projects/initiatives within Global Nexis Solutions. This position works closely with all aspects of the product delivery organization: Stakeholders/Management, Engineering, UI/UX, and Product Management to facilitate delivery of projects/initiatives. This position is also responsible for providing agile coaching support to their assigned teams.

Responsibilities:

• Embedded in the dev team (day-to-day support).
• Accountable for on-time and on-budget delivery of software projects
• Provides agile coaching support to the team and product partner.
• Leads the team in identifying/implementing better ways of working.
• Focuses on iterative/ incremental value delivery.
• Expectation management on delivery and capacity.
• Communicates progress towards goals/milestones - Project status.
• Identifies/manages issues, risks and dependencies early and works to resolve in timely manner - RAID.
• Assist’s teams on staying focused and organized.
• Facilitates continuous improvement via regular retros and metrics analysis/tracking
• Helps with cross-team communications and coordinates dependencies.
• Tracks meeting minutes, actions, follow ups, summaries
  
  

Experience And Education

• 5 years of IT PMO experience
• Bachelors degree in technology related fields (Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, etc.)
• Project Governance/Agile Certifications required (PMP, CSM, CSPO, etc.)

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
