Summary:
The Client is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hard-working Site Merchandiser to join our fun team for a project. The successful candidate will know how to create compelling content and partner with brand for copy/creatives, be comfortable with web-publishing tools, and be able to multitask in a start-up environment that requires flexibility, agility, and a sense of humor. An understanding and love for site merchandising and familiarity with internal company tools (symphony) is preferred.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

- Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers
- Effectively build and publish content using internal tools
- Analyze performance of site content, seeking ways to improve
- Analyze search keywords to expand/optimize campaigns and targeting
- Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly
- 1-3 years marketing and/or web/mobile merchandizing experience
- Former Company experience
- Experience with Internal tools, Symphony, Bullseye, Sophia (performance tracking)
- Site Merchandising Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Customer obsession
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns
- Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts
- Self motivated
