Payrate : $30.00 -$32.00 / HourLocation : 100% Remote job Summary : This is a professional talent acquisition screener position. The ideal candidate will have held recent position(s) focused on Recruiting, Sourcing or candidate screening as a specialty.Responsibilities :
- Partners with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume positions across multiple business units. Including but not limited to : o Saleso Manufacturing & Qualityo Clinical Trial Operationso Field Medical Affairs
- Reviews candidates in ATS and identifies candidate short-list to share with Lead Recruiter for review.
- Conducts detailed phone screens and provides summary and overall recommendation to Lead Recruiter.
- Uploads phone screen documents into candidate profile in ATS.
- Adheres to the identified recruitment process. Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on status of openings.
- Ensures Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing / reporting compliance with OFCCP / EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelors degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 years of working experience with at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience working in pharmaceutical / consumer goods or like industries
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal / state legislation.
- Ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools and processes. Top 3 skills : 1. Strong communications, organizational skills2. Ability to work in a matrixed environment.3. Prior Recruiting / Talent Acquisition or coordinator experiencePay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $30.00 - $32.00 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
