The pay ranges between $30.00 - $34.93 an hour!

Prior Recruiting / Talent Acquisition or coordinator experience.
Required Skills :
A bachelor s degree preferred
A minimum of 1 year of working experience with at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience working in pharmaceutical / consumer goods or like industries.
Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system.
Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal / state legislation.
Ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools and processes.
Project Description :
This is a professional talent acquisition screener position. The ideal candidate will have held recent position(s) focused on Recruiting, Sourcing or candidate screening as a specialty.
Partners with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume positions across multiple business units.
Including but not limited to :
Sales
Manufacturing & Quality
Clinical Trial Operations
Field Medical Affairs
Reviews candidates in ATS and identifies candidate short-list to share with Lead Recruiter for review.
Conducts detailed phone screens and provides summary and overall recommendation to Lead Recruiter.
Uploads phone screen documents into candidate profile in ATS.
Adheres to the identified recruitment process. Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on the status of openings.
Ensures Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing / reporting compliance with OFCCP / EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.
This 6 month position starts ASAP.
