Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
- Manage the practice calendar, scheduling and verifying patient appointments
- Retrieval and filing of patient charts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy reception and office area
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service in an office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to act as a personal assistant when needed
